By accessing or using the services of Broken Pie Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
We provide robotics engineering, AI/ML development, software development, and technical consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during the course of a project remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broken Pie Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
