2. Service-Based Refunds

Our services are typically provided on a project basis with milestone payments:

  • Before Project Start: Full refund of any advance payment if the project is cancelled before work begins
  • During Project: Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable; unused advance payments may be refunded
  • After Delivery: No refunds after final deliverables have been accepted

3. Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. For prepaid consulting packages, unused hours may be refunded at our discretion within 90 days of purchase.

4. Quality Disputes

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the concern and either revise the work at no additional cost or provide a partial refund for the specific deliverable in question.

  • Include your project details and reason for the refund request
  • We will review and respond within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party licenses, hardware, or services procured on your behalf
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Rush fees or expedited delivery charges
  • Administrative or setup fees
